Description du produit
Nos conducteurs nus étirés selon la norme CEI sont fabriqués à partir d'aluminium de haute pureté de qualité CE (1350 ou 1370) et sont entièrement conformes aux normes CEI 60889 et CEI 61089. La conformité facultative à la norme ASTM B232 est disponible pour les constructions ACSR. Ces conducteurs présentent une conception à conducteurs concentriques et le processus d'étirage dur offre une résistance élevée à la traction, une excellente conductivité électrique (≥ 61 % IACS), ainsi qu'une bonne résistance au fluage et à la fatigue. Une large gamme d'options personnalisables est proposée, notamment le type de conducteur (AAC, AAAC, ACSR, ACAR), la configuration de toronnage, la qualité du noyau en acier (galvanisé ou recouvert d'aluminium), la section transversale et le niveau de protection contre la corrosion.
Conditions normales d'utilisation
un. Température ambiante : –40 °C à +90 °C (urgence jusqu'à +120 °C)
b. Altitude : ne dépassant pas 2 000 mètres (plus élevée sur demande)
c. Fréquence du secteur : 50 Hz ou 60 Hz
d. Vitesse du vent et charge de glace : selon les normes locales de conception des lignes
Caractéristiques clés
Torons en aluminium étirés – offrent une charge de rupture plus élevée et une meilleure résistance à l'affaissement que les conducteurs recuits.
Personnalisation flexible – disponible en AAC, AAAC, ACSR ou ACAR ; tout toronnage et section de 10 mm² à 1600 mm².
Conforme à la norme ASTM B232 (sur demande) – pour les types ACSR, répondant aux exigences des noyaux en acier galvanisé de classe A, B ou C.
Options résistantes à la corrosion – noyau en acier recouvert d'aluminium (AW), graisse anticorrosion ou revêtement amélioré pour les zones côtières/industrielles.
Faibles pertes électriques – une conductivité IACS minimale de 61 % garantit une transmission de puissance efficace.
Avantages

Léger, réduisant la charge de la tour et le coût des fondations
Large disponibilité de matériel adapté (pinces, entretoises, amortisseurs)
Convient aux longues portées avec moins de structures de support
Inconvénients
Conductivité inférieure à celle du tout cuivre ou tout aluminium (AAC) pour la même section (pour le type ACSR, le noyau en acier ne transporte aucun courant)
La différence de dilatation thermique bimétallique peut nécessiter des connecteurs spéciaux pour ACSR
Noyau en acier galvanisé sensible à la corrosion dans les environnements difficiles, à moins d'être remplacé par de l'acier recouvert d'aluminium
